Illinois Librarian of the Year 2003

Congratulations to Skokie Public Library Director Carolyn Anthony, who was selected as Illinois Librarian of the Year for 2003!  Chosen by the Illinois Library Association, award-winners are typically nominated by their peers for their impact locally, state-wide, and nationally, demonstrating a commitment to libraries that can serve as a model for others in the profession.
