Anime Workshop and Drawing Clinic
Both teens and adults participated in the Anime Workshop and Anime Drawing Clinic offered in July 2005. The workshop was a opportunity to learn about the history of Japanese animation, compare the characteristics of anime to American animation, watch an episode of specially selected anime, and draw an anime-style face. At the drawing clinic, participants got tips and one-on-one assistance while learning to create their own anime-style pictures.
An Anime/Manga Drawing Workshop is held once a month in the Book Discussion Room.
