Free Comic Book Day

Free Comic Book Day is held the first Saturday in May each year. Participating comic book shops across North America and around the world give comic books away absolutely free! This all-ages event is promoted by Diamond Comics, the major comic book distributor in the United States. Comix Revolution in Evanston provides Skokie Public Library with the free comic books. The give-aways start at 1:00pm. See you there!

Comix Revolution will provide free comic books suitable for children through adults. Giveaway titles include All Star Superman, Amelia Rules, Archie Comics Jughead, Bongo Comics Free-for-All, Del Rey & Dabel Brothers, EC Comics Sampler, Hellboy, Kids Love Comics, Marvel Adventures from Iron Man, Owly and Friends, Shonen Jump Sampler, Sonic the Hedgehog, Tiny Titans, Transformers Animated, Walt Disney's Gyro Gearloose, Wizard How to Draw Comics, and X-Men. Supplies are limited, so wake up early and don't be late!
